Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or similar reasons.
Exchanges
We're happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of the delivery date
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Sale/clearance items are not eligible for exchange
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@hhtherapyandwellness.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or store credit at no additional cost to you.
