• Each of us have undergone a wide range of trainings to best support a variety of mental health needs. We are well-versed in evidence-based modalities. These therapeutic techniques are designed to help individuals process their difficult experiences, adjust to life transitions, as well as manage symptoms, and develop healthy coping skills. Additionally, we each possess a deep understanding of the complex nature of trauma and its impact on individuals' lives. We recognize that trauma extends beyond specific events and can manifest in diverse forms.

  • At Healing House Therapy & Wellness we believe in the power of empathy, validation, and understanding to foster a therapeutic relationship that promotes healing and growth. We aim to create a warm and non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, fears, and experiences at your own pace. We emphasize empowerment, and respect for your autonomy throughout the therapeutic process. Your story matters here, and we are here to support you through your journey of cultivating wellness from within.
