Each of us have undergone a wide range of trainings to best support a variety of mental health needs. We are well-versed in evidence-based modalities. These therapeutic techniques are designed to help individuals process their difficult experiences, adjust to life transitions, as well as manage symptoms, and develop healthy coping skills. Additionally, we each possess a deep understanding of the complex nature of trauma and its impact on individuals' lives. We recognize that trauma extends beyond specific events and can manifest in diverse forms.
